Fostering Connection & Collaboration
Among Ministry Leaders
Leaders of broadcast ministries face a unique set of opportunities—and pressures. Rapid shifts in media, donor behavior, digital strategy, and technology can feel relentless. What’s often missing is a trusted community of peers who understand those challenges firsthand.
This group exists to provide exactly that.
No sales pitches. No hidden agendas. Just honest, strategic conversations with people who care about the same mission you do.

What Makes This Community Different
No One Is Selling
Our gatherings aren’t sponsored by vendors, and we do not sell access to participants. Your trust
matters, and we protect it fiercely.
Participant-Led Conversation
You won’t hear another canned keynote. The most valuable insight comes from leaders walking the same road, especially those a few steps ahead.
Invitation-Only
This space is curated for decision makers within broadcast ministries, enabling candid discussion about sensitive challenges and emerging opportunities.
Gathering Rhythms
NRB Dinner
Each year, we host a fellowship dinner on the Monday evening before NRB begins (February 16th). It’s a relaxed opportunity to reconnect and prepare for the week ahead.

The Summit

Every fall, we gather for a multi-day retreat focused on deep, facilitated discussion around a handful of pressing issues.
Past themes include:
-
AI and emerging technologies
-
Donor engagement
-
Shifting media landscapes
-
Attribution and measurement
-
And more
The Summit is intentionally small, relational, and designed to spark clarity and collaboration.

Ongoing Connection
Throughout the year, we stay connected through:
-
Virtual sessions on timely topics
-
Curated, small-group conversations (sometimes in person)
-
A private Slack community for real-time discussion and resource sharing

Why This Community Exists
Broadcast ministries today face many of the same questions:
How do we attribute impact? What truly moves donors? Where should we invest media dollars?
How do we adapt quickly without losing mission focus?
Yet few leaders have trusted peers to process those questions with. Isolation shouldn’t be the
norm.
This community was created to give you a place to speak openly, learn from others who
understand your context, and offer your own experience to leaders navigating challenges you’ve
already faced.
Interested in joining?
We welcome conversations with leaders who would be a good
fit for this community.
