Leading Through Transitions

OCTOBER 6ᴛʜ - 8ᴛʜ

Transitions are here. Will we lead through them—or react to them?

Broadcast ministries are facing a season unlike any before. Voices that shaped generations are fading. Platforms are shifting. Audiences are changing. And the next chapter is not yet fully written.

Bridge Summit 2026 is a gathering for leaders who are ready to face these transitions head-on, and do it together.

This year’s summit is built around one central reality:

Every ministry is in transition—whether you’re ready for it or not.
Over two days, we’ll create space for honest conversations, shared wisdom, and practical direction.

Day 1: Naming the Transitions
We’ll tackle the real issues leaders are facing right now:

  • The future of programs built around legacy voices

  • Leadership succession and staff development

  • The shift from radio-first to digital-first strategies

  • Changing audience behaviors and donor demographics

This is candid, off-the-record dialogue with peers who understand the nuance of these challenges.

Day 2: Navigating What’s Next
After identifying the challenges, we’ll turn toward action:

  • What does a healthy transition actually look like?

  • How do we steward legacy while building for the future?

  • What are the most important strategic shifts to make now?

  • Where should leaders focus in the next 3–5 years?

You’ll leave with clarity, perspective, and a renewed sense of direction.

Why Attend?

Bridge Summit is intentionally small and relational. It's about having dedicated people in the room and is designed for meaningful conversation among leaders carrying similar responsibilities.
You won’t hear from sponsors or anyone selling you anything.

Transitions don’t have to weaken a ministry. They can refine direction and strategy.
The question is whether we navigate them intentionally, or drift into them unprepared.

Join us at Bridge Summit 2026 as we step into what’s next—together.

Registration will include greens fee, practice range, lunch, snacks and balls. We’ll plan to tee off around noon and finish before dinner.

Cost

Summit: $500
Golf: $160

The registration fee simply helps offset a portion of the cost of hosting the Summit and is not intended to generate a profit. Our desire is to create a meaningful, high-value experience that genuinely serves broadcast ministry leaders and the important work they’ve been called to do.

To help make the Summit accessible to more organizations and teams, Eaglecom invests in covering the remaining event costs. We believe the right conversations, relationships, and shared learning can have a lasting impact — and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring leaders together in this way.
